Is my donation tax deductible?
Providence St. Jude Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization, and your donation is tax deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. Please keep your receipt as your official record. We'll email it to you upon successful completion of your donation.
How can I choose where to designate my gift?
Before your payment is processed, a comment box will appear. You can use this space to indicate where you'd like your gift to go if you prefer to support a different area than the default option. Simply write your preferred designation in the comment box and we’ll make sure your gift is directed accordingly.
How can I dedicate my gift?
After your payment is processed, a box will pop up allowing you to dedicate your donation. You will be able to write in the name of the individual directly.
How can I make a donation by phone or mail?
